Doctor Darsi Ferrer from Havana emailed a story of a man who died waiting for an ambulance, following a motocycle accident. Report in Spanish only. Darsi emailed us a report filed – in Spanish – by an independent journalist about a hospital for Cubans the regime promised to finish building in 2006.
