Case Against Mario Lozano Thrown Out; Italians Seethe

Imagine for one moment that Mario Lozano was serving, say, the Cuban or Chinese Army. Italians would side with him. But Mario – an Italian-American – is guilty with serving the US army and doing his duty: trying to defend himself from terrorists. And, because of the Italians’ imprudence and disrespect for well-known rules of war they should have known at the time, he mistakenly killed a SISMI agent. But, Italians don’t give a damn about the real reasons for which that infamous incident occurred. To them, if you’re a US soldier, you are already guilty, no matter what. This blog congratulates with the court that thrown the case out and wishes Mario a long life in health and prosperity.

To my knowledge, this has yet to have been reported in any major US media out let. Good for Mario and for the court that threw out the worthless case!
